Digital Marketing Apprentice

**Salary**: £12,000 per annum

Contract: 18 months Fixed Term (which includes 1 day of study in College)

Hours: 40 hrs a week

We are seeking to appoint a Digital Marketing Apprentice to work within the Marketing Team.

This role is ideal if you are creative and a confident communicator, looking to start or develop your career in Marketing. As a Digital Marketing Apprentice, you will be involved in all our multi-channel campaigns. You will also help create, run and monitor a range of digital campaigns across a variety of online and social media platforms to attract, engage.

**We are looking for someone who is**:

- A great communicator
- Has excellent writing skills
- Ready to showcase our lifestyle and activities via content on our website, social media channels and printed materials
- Studying towards their Digital Marketing Level 3 qualification

**OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB**
- To help plan, create, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns to promote our homes to our target audiences
- To be involved in offline marketing campaigns and events, as required, to integrate with the online activity.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To work to the brand guidelines and marketing briefs to meet deadlines.
- To get involved in planning, creating, running and monitoring multi-channel campaigns to attract and retain potential residents, using own, customer and industry insights where appropriate.
- To help to upload content and imagery in line with our policy to the website, social media channels and other relevant websites, such as carehome.co.uk, when required.
- To get involved in increasing engagement via social media channels.
- To learn how to analyse and interpret data on a variety of topics including Google Analytics, GoogleAds and carehome.co.uk and the effectiveness of campaigns.
- To help source information and present it in a variety of formats including content for websites, social media activity, online newsletters, adverts, printed course leaflets and brochures.
- To monitor and replying to online enquiries, including bookings for events and requests for information.
- To create online surveys on SurveyMonkey or Google Forms, when required.
- To undertake such other duties as may reasonably be required at your initial place of work or at other locations in the College catchment area.
