We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to fill the position of Management Degree Apprentice at Amazon. This three-year apprenticeship program offers a unique opportunity to combine academic studies with real-world work experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fulfilling customer orders according to quality standards
  • Assigning tasks to team members as required to support workflow and daily production goals
  • Providing coaching and feedback to associates related to productivity, quality, and safe behaviors
  • Supporting management in analyzing and understanding the reasons behind success and failure in meeting departmental delivery and Site goals

As an apprentice, you will spend 20% of your working time attending seminars, writing assignments, and completing other learning activities. The Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeship is delivered by Manchester Metropolitan University over a three-year period.

This apprenticeship program introduces strategic leadership, operations and technology, sales, marketing, and business finance, allowing you to develop your skills and competences necessary to take successful long-term managerial responsibility.

Amazon's Operations Teams require highly skilled and motivated individuals like yourself to join their ranks. As a degree apprentice, you will play a crucial role in managing one or more processes across our operation, leading a small team of up to 20 associates on your shift.
