We are currently looking for exceptional people to join our team and have a great opportunity for a **Food and Beverage Assistant**.

As a Food and Beverage Assistant you will support with the day to day running of the Food service areas and bars to ensure a high level of service is offered to guests.

**Key Responsibilities of the role**:

- To serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring requests and queries are responded to in a timely and friendly manner
- To communicate and work effectively within a team to ensure every guest leaves with the desire to return
- Ensure all cash, charges, floats and till procedures are carried out correctly (attention to detail is key)
- To maintain the cleanliness of all public areas

The Derwentwater hotel has 47 rooms including twin, double, and family rooms with access to free parking and WiFi. Guests can also relax at the Derwent bar and dine at the hotels’ Deer’s Leap restaurant that serves a selection of modern and traditional dishes. A range of entertainment is also provided in the evenings.

Pets are welcome in selected rooms, so your four-legged friends get to enjoy the beautiful scenery with you.
