Description

We are looking for a new Internal Account Executive to join our friendly team looking to advance their existing skills with ongoing support and training in an ethos of continual improvement.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Demonstrating and training
- On-ramping of existing Partners to get them selling Jola Products
- Training in new products as they are launched
- Re-activating dormant Partners
- Following up on new Partner leads and onboarding them to Jola

Joint selling
- Conference calls
- Webinars

Planning, administration and personal development
- Responsible for updating accurately Partner and prospect databases.
- Liaise with internal sales to target Partners with the most potential
- Follow-up actions from meetings and training
- Participate in internal training at least once a week

Entry requirements

**Essential**:
**Experience with**: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM systems.

5 GCSEs grade A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English and Maths).

**We are looking for individuals who**:

- Are Customer focused on developing partner relationships that allow our partners to grow their businesses using Jola services.
- Have the ability to work on their initiative with excellent time management skills to work to company targets.
- Can work well in a high-pressure environment whilst still having an eye for detail to maintain CRM database and company systems.
- Prioritise and manage their own sales activities in line with company targets and KPIs.

Training to be provided

Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship

A Sales Executive is a salesperson working in either the Business to Business or Business to Consumer markets with the responsibility to sell a specific product line or service. They plan their sales activities, lead the end-to-end sales interaction with the customer and manage their sales internally within their organisation. They will be responsible for retaining and growing several existing customer accounts, and generating new business by contacting prospective customers, qualifying opportunities and bringing the sales process to a mutually acceptable close.

A Sales Executive will develop customer relationships by establishing rapport and building trust and confidence in their own and their organisation’s capabilities through demonstration of detailed product knowledge, competitor knowledge and an understanding of the market in which they operate, and by ensuring a positive customer experience.
