The Role

As a Facilities Maintenance Operative at CCP, you will play a vital role in maintaining buildings that provide supported accommodation to young people in Gloucestershire. This is a part-time position, offering 30 hours per week with flexibility, mostly based in Cheltenham and Gloucester.

What You'll Do

Utilise your hands-on maintenance/DIY skills to handle emergency repairs, preventative maintenance, painting, and decorating.

Contribute to creating safe, secure, and homely environments for those who may otherwise be homeless.

Thrive at building relationships, be it with those you are supporting or with our network of partner agencies.

Manage a busy caseload with strong organisational and time management skills.

Working in people’s homes or from drop-in sites, seeing multiple people in a typical day and given the flexibility to be creative in how you manage your time.

Embrace creativity in time management while celebrating successes and bouncing back from challenges.
