A public sector company is looking for a Business Support & Training Administrator to join their team permanently.
**Your new role**
In your new role as Business Support and Training Administrator, you will:

- Provide cover reception and experienced back up cover as required for front office, especially during busy hours
- Supporting the front office team with diary and calendar orders
- To support the branches with website updates, issues and edits
- Keep up to date list of welfare officers, other branch officials.
- Edit documents such as PDFs / PowerPoints for CEO and branches
- Arranging deliveries for conferences and getting purchased diaries to members
- Order promotional and marketing items for conference

**What you'll need to succeed**
In your new role as Business Support and Training Administrator, you will need:

- Ability to communicate with clarity and to a high standard, both written and verbal
- Experience in organising training, both internal and external providers
- A high level of attention to detail and complete important admin tasks with quality, accuracy and efficiency
- A proactive approach to assisting wherever needed
- Knowledge of various IT packages eg Word and Excel
- Good understanding of GDPR
- Ability to prioritise
- Ability to multitask and manage various requests at once
