Insurance Claims Administrator

This role starts as an Insurance Claims Administrator, with a view to progress to Insurance Claims Handler. The company is a small, friendly and social team. It's an extremely exciting time to join as we have just joined a larger insurance company and are growing quickly. The team is growing fast and there are a lot of exciting things happening
You'll be the first point of call for policyholders for their emergency claims. You will then be responsible for arranging an engineer to attend from our established network and will be responsible for handling the claim from start to finish.
It's a face paced environment that requires excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle high pressured situations with professionalism and empathy. You are responsible for validating the claim with policy details, arranging emergency contractors and keeping policyholders updated on their claim.
**Salary**: From £11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 41 per week
