**Technical Skills**
- Strong MS Office skills, in particular Excel
- Strong understanding of customer data and the customer data lifecycle
- Strong understanding of R and R Studio
- Strong ability and aptitude to pick up new skills and technologies
- SQL experience
- An understanding and experience of HTML
- Experience of Data Visualization platforms
- A strong understanding of how API's work and knowledge of how to set them up
- Working knowledge of CRM; data, data types, data workflows
- Willingness to learn and adopt new software and hardware technologies
- Endless desire to learn, try and innovate with new ideas

**What does my role look like?**

**In short, the role is focussed on (in priority order)**:
- Ensuring Gather delivers quality and excellence in all projects and programmes.
- Ensuring all client projects and programmes are delivered to deadlines and accuracy.
- Maintaining strong relationships - internally and externally.
**Typical responsibilities will include (but not limited to)**:

- Handling the collection, cleansing, analysis and dissemination of customer data to internal and external customers from inception to conclusion
- Compile detailed reports and advise clients based upon thorough analysis of data and information derived from projects and programmes
- Identification of data analysis process improvement, advising Data Services Manager of innovative solutions and plan of implementation
- Co-ordinate and monitor project and programme plans to ensure successful completion activities and delivery to deadlines
- Maintain accurate historical documentation for all internal and external revisions, updates and process improvements across systems
- Ensure continuous internal and external communication (written and verbal) on all active project plans across the Client Services tea
- Support Data Services Manager at existing and prospective client meetings as required
