Michael Kavanagh Building & Roofing Services is a small trusted, reputable company who have a position available for an ambitious and highly motivated individual to join us at the forefront of the company. You will deal with all office general administration and contribute towards further expansion of the business with your sales experience and promotion of the company using your social media skills.

As this is a small but very busy company, this position is an all-round varied role and therefore very personal to the Director so any PA skills will be an advantage.

Previous knowledge within the roofing / construction industry / residential home improvement market will be an advantage. Please highlight this in your initial letter to us.

You must be computer literate in MS Word/Excel with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A good keen sales background and business development is essential for this applicant as you will be required to convert quotations provided to potential customers into business for the company.

Ongoing promotions of the company on social media platforms will form an important part, so experience with websites and social media advertising is key.

As we are a small company, you must be happy and comfortable to work in a small office environment on your own on some days.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data entry.
- Be responsible for the relationship between the Company and its and Customers.
- Arranging site surveys.
- General managing of day to day running of the office as you will always be the first point of contact.

Salary £26,000 with an attainable £2,000 bonus.

Monday - Friday 8.30- 5.00 Some Saturday flexible morning hours may be required.
