**What We are Looking For**:
The SIGSERV Consultant will work with the existing SIGSERV App team and SIGSERV Managed Services QAD Technical Team, supporting clients across the Globe. The right person for this position will have knowledge of QAD software functionalities at a high level in addition to in-depth knowledge of QAD Enterprise Financials. Customer Service experience is also required.

**What you will be doing**:

- Provide the best customer support experience possible for all customers and all situations.
- Deliver QAD Application support, specializing in QAD Enterprise Financials, to clients utilizing critical thinking and troubleshooting skills. Advise customers of potential solutions and make recommendations for improvement. Resolve any escalating issues appropriately.
- Manage assigned support tickets, including timely follow-up and resolution of issues, updating status, and time consumed as necessary.
- Supporting all versions of QAD including troubleshooting, fixing, maintenance, tuning, and improvements.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of SIGSERV SOP and work instruction documentation
- The ability to Independently solve problems and improve processes is required as is a strong ability to develop and revise documentation for procedures and/or system documentation.

**What you need to succeed**:

- A Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from an internationally accredited university.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present analysis and findings in both verbal and written formats to all levels of management and the size of the group.
- Vertical expertise in Life Science, Automotive, Electronics, CPG, and/or Food & Beverage desired.
- Professional demeanor to represent the company in all instances and to promote strong relationships with clients to continue and build the business.
