**About Our Client**:
A firm offering hybrid working, 3 days remote and 2 days in the office.
- Be the first point of contact for HR assistants on recruitment queries
- To take day to day lead in negotiating contracts with media sources
- To liaise with the procurement team, as applicable, in engaging with recruitment agencies
- To advise on appropriate recruitment routes i.e managing the businesses managed service (Matrix)
- To be the UK first point of call and input into the sponsorship management system (SMS)
- To undertake grading of roles (HERA and HAY)
- Managing recruitment inbox
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Must be CIPD Level 5 qualified
- Previous experience working as HR recruitment advisor/Officer
- Full understanding of the on boarding and off boarding process
- Experience with grading roles (HERA and HAY)
