**Role**:HR Advisor

**Rate of Pay**:£26.45 per hour (using an Umbrella Company)

**Location**:Filton - 3 to 4 days onsite each week with the potential to WFH

**Working Pattern**:Standard 35 hours per week (working 4.5 days between the hours of 7am - 7pm, hours agreed at business discretion)

**Length of Contract**:Until 04/06/2024

**Role Overview**:
An exciting opportunity for anyone who has wanted to join HR is available within the HR team in Filton, working with an experienced team of HRBP's this role provides a perfect entry level opportunity and will support your growth and development as an HR practitioner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the recruitment and onboarding of new hires, being a primary interface for new hires being able to respond to hiring related queries as well as with key stakeholders involved in the hiring process
- Update HR tools related to all the actions of the employee life cycle; from hire to retire; and be the interface with HR Analysts
- The potential to support the HRBP team with preparation of reports for respective reviews on topics such as absenteeism, headcount, bonus & salary reviews This role will be the perfect opportunity for you to grow as an HR professional and to be completely embedded into the change that we would like to give to our HR community. You will be part of a transnational & trans divisional team who is keen to support your development on the role.

**Skill Set**:
**Essential**:

- Strong IT/Data analytics skills. We want to take our reporting methods to the next level, to drive evidence-based actions
- Previous experience in HR and an understanding of HR policies, processes & systems - Experience in Recruitment and onboarding
- Autonomy & adaptability
- Pro-active mind-set and ability to anticipate, address business issues and offer solutions to managers
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills, teamwork and networking abilities
- Customer orientation & responsiveness, with a solution mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills, self-awareness & empathy

**Desirable**:

- Working knowledge of Workday
- CIPD Level 5 This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
