Sci-Tech have the opportunity for a Senior Sample Registration Assistant to join their team on a, permanent basis based in Craven Arms.

**Responsibilities**:

- The registration of samples in an accurate and timely manner including liaising with customers for sample or testing queries.
- To assist with creating worksheets for samples which have been booked in for testing and for putting them into the correct department before finishing at the end of the working day.
- To be responsible for consumable requests from customers, to be sent out the same day when required.
- To be responsible for ensuring sufficient stock levels are maintained and areas are clean and organised
- To deal with the management and direction of enquiries from both existing and potential customers.
- To assist with answering of phone calls.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

- Must be able to work effectively and collaborate within own team and other sections.
- Must take initiative and have the ability to conduct hands-on work.
- Strong communication skills
- Must possess the ability to handle multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
- Highly organised and excellent time management skills.
- Excellent team player with the ability to work alone.
- Ability to display efficiency when working with high-volume turnover of work in a busy environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year
