**Telesales Executive**

**Northwich/Hybrid 2 days Office based**

**£25,250 OTE £48k Basic increases to £29,250 in April**

My client has more than 30 years of business experience and more than 75,000 customers in the UK. They are now also part of a company that is a household name in the UK. At the forefront of their success is the team of Telesales Executives. This is where you come in. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a pipeline of new business by following up on leads, cold calling, and speaking to existing customers. They are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join their team, working two days in the office and three days remotely.

**The role of the Telesales Executive**
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
- Building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Making outbound sales calls
- Thriving in a target-driven sales environment
- The ability to build rapport with customers to understand their individual needs and circumstances Negotiating with customers and overcoming objections
- Building a successful sales pipeline
