Fast Moving Consumer Goods business seeks to attract an accomplished Product Owner seeking a career move into a global brand and where you will drive value delivery, digital enhancement, and eCommerce solutions.
Product Owner is an IT professional responsible for setting, prioritizing, and evaluating the work generated by a software Scrum team to ensure the agreed features and functionality of the product are built.
This Digital & Technology area is established to deliver strategic priorities which will be achieved through insights from data, being pro-change and putting the customers at the heart of delivery.
**Role purpose**
As the D&T Luxury & Corporate Product Owner, you will be the global Digital & Technology leader, looking at innovative ways to deliver a best in class, personalised omnichannel experience for the Luxury corporate area while helping build further the awarenessand equity of their brands.
**Key responsibilities**:

- Partner with senior stakeholders to shape the future experience strategy and solutions for Luxury & Corporate
- Build out the Luxury & Corporate omnichannel ecosystem, identifying pain points addressing both current needs whilst building future capabilities.
- Use your industry knowledge and innovative ideas to deliver a variety of high-profile projects to an exceptional standard.
- Planning and maintaining an up-to-date delivery roadmap with a clear focus on business value and associated KPIs and value measure.
- Translate the roadmap into well-defined requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
- Lead the product functional design process based on knowledge of the users and technology in partnership with the global Business Product Owner in line with enterprise architecture and information management and security guidelines
- Lead cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement
- Leading agile teams in line with the methodology and framework and demonstrating the value from customer centricity.

**Qualifications and Experience Required**:

- 8+ years’ global digital solutions build and implementation experience with a proven track record across product lifecycle
- Excellent understanding of E-Commerce, CRM Platforms with experience working on tools such as; Shopify, Treasure Data, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sprinklr etc
- To Translate business strategies into product development requirements
- Demonstrate good project management, budget management and commercial grounding to ensure delivery of plans
- Ability to manage product roadmaps and backlogs using agile project management
- Comfortable challenging and being challenged
