**Talent Acquisition Consultant**
**Tasks**:

- University Recruiting - engaging with our university partners to build Reply's brand as a premium graduate employer
- Close collaboration with internal customers, specialist departments and hiring managers of the various Reply subsidiaries
- Conducting face-to-face or virtual interviews
- Organization of and participation in university careers fairs and other graduate recruiting events
- You will be involved in global recruiting projects with a high degree of ownership
- Reporting of recruiting KPIs

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Economics or other relevant fields of study
- At least initial work experience in internal or agency recruiting
- A sound knowledge of common tools (MS Office package, Trello, etc.)
- You are a goal-oriented individual, focused on delivering high quality recruiting results
- Excellent communications skills in English - both written and verbal. French is considered an advantage.
