**What to Expect**

You will become a part of a very important small division that operates within the Global Customer Voice programme. This is an event driven customer experience research programme running in 85 markets which enables customers to provide feedback to our service providers and Jaguar Land Rover after they have had an experience.

You will have Co-ownership of the Customer Voice Programme and its processes, systems, suppliers, stakeholders, governance, outputs, budget and continuous improvement.

Within this role you will be a part of planning, set up and roll out of new markets and event types. This will include the management and reconciliation of the £5.0m Customer Voice budget along with management of the tier 1 research agency and tier 2 portal and mobile app provider.

You will be expected to have great stakeholders relationship management and communication skills as these are required in your day to day activities and presenting these insights and data that you find.

- Risk & issue identification, mitigation & management. Budget management.
- Market research methods, research design & statistical methods.
- Quantitative & qualitative data analysis to generate insights & reports.
- Communication & presentation skills.
- Ability to build effective internal and external relationships.
