We are a rapidly expanding group of bars, clubs and restaurants in Swindon established over 20 years ago.

To date we have over 10 sites including **Kioki, Tree, Bank, Route 66, Rendezvous, Kaizen** and **Kenzo** to name a few.

With further new openings in the near future, we are seeking to expand our social media & marketing team and take it to the next level.

We have a young, energetic team with huge aspirations and goals, perfect for the hospitality industry and our expansion plans.

As a social media content creator, you'll need to:

- Create and communicate weekly reports on social media performance to senior management
- Develop and implement creative and engaging social media strategies
- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok and adapting content to suit different channels
- Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools
- Create engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms
- Develop, launch and manage new campaigns that promote our venues and brands
- Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
- Analyse competitor activity
- Recommend improvements to increase performance
- Educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within the company
- Edit and proof read content to ensure high quality and adherence to brand guidelines
- Work with our in-house team of content creators and graphic artists to develop and edit social media content

This role would be mostly suited to a college or university leaver that is hungry to get on the work ladder in the world of marketing and social media with a keen willingness to learn and develop their skills and work in a very fast-paced environment with like-minded individuals.

**45 hours per week working in one of our venues.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
