Macildowie are pleased to be working alongside a brilliant **medical supplier** within the **Nottingham** area, to find their next **Customer Care Representative.**

This is a **permanent, full-time** position working Monday to Friday 9am until 5:30pm.
They also offer a **hybrid** working model; 2 days from home, 3 days in the head office.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Placing patient orders, answering their questions regarding the ordering process.
- Chasing up any delays with regards to the delivery in a timely manner.
- Maintaining an exceptional level of customer service throughout.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organised and efficient.
- Team player with a positive "can-do" attitude
- Has a proven record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Capable of working under pressure in a calm manner.
