Calderglen House in Blantyre is looking for an accounts administrator to work with us.
**Accounts Administrator**
**Job Summary**
Day to day office duties including;
- General filling
- Sage payroll and accounts, Microsoft office/excel
- Invoicing, bank reconciliation
- Good communications with relatives, council finance and social workers and care home management.
**Person Specification**
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Knowledge of sage payroll and sage accounts desirable
- Experience of working in a care home as finance/payroll would be desirable.
**Around 24 to 35 per week which can be flexible probably over 4 days. If needed hours could be worked around school pick times.**
