Job Title: Contracts and Projects Administrator - Fall Prevention and Construction Industry

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Contract Management and Assistance:

- Collaborate with the sales team to efficiently manage and assist in the preparation, review, and modification of contracts.
- Swiftly negotiate contract terms to align with project requirements and legal standards.
- Work seamlessly with legal teams to address contract-related issues or modifications.

2. On-Site Coordination:

- Be the primary point of contact for on-site engineers, suppliers, and contractors, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Organise and facilitate site visits and meetings, providing crucial administrative support for streamlined project operations.

3. RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement) Writing:

- Demonstrate proficiency in creating comprehensive RAMS for each project, incorporating safety protocols, risk assessments, and method statements.
- Collaborate closely with safety officers and project managers to ensure RAMS compliance with industry regulations.

4. Work Planning and Scheduling:

- Assist project managers in developing detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.
- Collaborate across departments to efficiently book works and allocate resources, reflecting the dynamic nature of our projects.

5. Supplier Management:

- Engage with suppliers to procure necessary materials, emphasizing timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
- Negotiate supplier contracts and maintain positive relationships to secure competitive pricing.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain meticulous and up-to-date project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and approvals.
- Generate regular reports on project status, budget updates, and potential risks for prompt review by management.

7. Budget Oversight and Cost Control:

- Contribute to budget preparation and monitor project expenses throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyse budget variances and collaborate closely with finance teams to ensure accurate reporting.

8. Client Communication:

- Provide seamless support in client communication, addressing inquiries promptly and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling during project execution.

9. Site Competencies and Training Matrix:

- Understand site competencies required for various projects and ensure teams are adequately trained.
- Maintain training matrices to track and update employee skill sets and certifications.

10. Health & Safety Protocols:

- Keep Health & Safety protocols up-to-date, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Collaborate with safety officers to implement and communicate safety measures across projects.

**Requirements**:

- Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in contract administration within the construction industry.
- Familiarity with RAMS writing, safety regulations, and site competencies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and accustomed to working with CRM systems.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality work.

**Salary**: £15,975.55-£31,846.49 per year
