An excellent opportunity to join a well established firm, to undertake payroll and HR administrative duties supporting the HR/Payroll Manager flexible working available.

**HR Administration**:

- Process new starters and leavers including producing employment contracts, reference requests and induction packs.
- Process changes associated with employment changes and variations to contracts.
- Create and maintain employee personnel files, ensuring archiving of leavers and data cleanse of information held in line with the Data Protection Act.
- Assist Operations Managers with recruitment and ensure safer recruitment practices are met.
- Support the administration of annual pay review, and HR statistic reports as required.
- Maintain the HR database including sickness absence and holidays.
- Support the Operation Managers with general HR advice and supporting documentation.

**Payroll**:

- Assist with the process of the monthly payroll including statutory year end returns and P60s.
- Assist to deal with employee salary and payroll queries.
- Assist with reporting from payroll in line with HR and business requirements.
- Assist with entering variable overtime and pay adjustments for time off.
- Chase line managers for missing information as required.
- Collate monthly timesheets as required and process accordingly.
