My client has an exciting opportunity for a highly driven and experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their fun and friendly team

**Responsibilities include**:
Booking & conducting viewings at our properties around Liverpool and Wirral

Actively seeking & signing up new landlords and properties to increase our portfolio

Conducting property and rent appraisals

Assisting with marketing our rooms online if required

On boarding new tenants

Processing move-ins/move-outs at the office - handing over/receiving keys & occasionally taking payments

Processing rent increases

Handling check-outs and deposit claims

Working closely with the Lettings & Property Management teams

**Person Specification**:
Minimum of 2 years in a similar role including HMO's and student lettings

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Full driving licence and use of own car

Hours of work

Monday - Friday 9-5

1 in 2 Saturdays on a rota basis
