**Salary**:£22,500 (+ 5% yearly bonus)

**Job Type**:Full time**, **Permanent.

**Requirements**: 2+ years customer service experience, 2+ years’ technical experience.

**Customer Care Advisor Job Role**:
**Customer Care Advisor Responsibilites**:

- Responding to Quote requests
- Processing Sales Orders
- Responding to sales and customer service enquiries
- Investigating Customer complaints
- Contacting Customers as part of sales campaigns
- Adhering to agreed processes and Quality systems

**Customer Care Advisor Experience**:

- 2+ years customer service experience within a sales call centre environment.
- Experience working with a technical product.
- Processing quotations/sales orders.
- Complaint handling
- SAP (desirable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Sugar CRM.
- Educated to GCSE equivalent in English and Maths
