**Contract Administrator**
We are looking for a Contract Administrator to join our team within our busy award winning commercial catering equipment company to join our contract and estimating department based in Paignton, Devon.
You will be required to support the work of our existing team and provide administrative services for both pre and post contract projects.
Duties will include:
- Being the main contact for logging and dealing with warranty calls
- Creating professional looking documents using a computer
- Making and receiving phone calls to suppliers and customers
- Scanning and filing documents
- Keeping systems up to date with information
You must be able to communicate with people at all levels both verbally and in writing and be able to demonstrate a good level of accuracy for the provision of efficient typing of documents and checking of own work. You must also be able to show versatility to work within a team and using your own initiative and be organised and be able to work under a level of pressure.
This position may be suitable for someone looking for employment to suit school times as days and hours are negotiable.
This is a part-time position, 25 hours per week, Monday - Friday, hours between 8.30am - 5pm with an immediate start.
