Property Centre are looking for an experienced part time office administrator for our Wallasey office for the letting department.

21 hours per week, over 7 hours per day - monday to friday.

Duties will include arranging quotes for works and liaising with contractors, arranging and drawing up tenancy agreements, referencing, taking rent, and loading data onto website portals. You will find the work extremely varied, with no day ever being the same.

Must be computer literate with good organisational skills, and be able to work effectively within a team.

Full UK driving licence essential, and access to your own vehicle.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 21 per week

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour

- Wallasey, CH44 2AE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
