ADMINISTATIVE/RECEPTIONIST ROLE

Permanent Full Time Position

Hours 8.30 to 5.00 (1 Hour Lunch)

We are a firm of Accountants in Kingswinford and are looking to recruit a new member to our team, who will be the front face of the company welcoming existing and new clients to our premises.

Answering incoming calls efficiently and putting calls through to the right person/department is essential to the role. The ability to help resolve enquiries from clients and accurately relaying messages and information, both to clients and to other team members is important.

The position requires basic secretarial skills with a view that it will evolve into a more advanced role in the coming years with support and training provided along the way. Good keyboard and PC skills are required along with ability to learn new systems. We are looking for a person who is methodical, efficient and have the confidence to work alone or as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,308.00-£25,000.00 per year
