Active Recruitment are currently working with an outstanding Mainstream secondary school in Ilford, who are looking for an experienced Reintegration Officer to join them ASAP, on a long-term basis with a view to go permanent. As a Reintegration Officer, you will play a key role in helping to make an impact for students with special behavioural needs to get back into a mainstream education setting.

**Roles and responsibilities of the Reintegration Officer**:

- Develop mentoring strategies and programmes to support the personal development of students who have been internally excluded.
- Promoting students’ learning, progress, and successful reintegration into mainstream education.
- Maintain accurate records on My Concern/SIMs to track student progress and interventions.
- Collaborate with staff, agencies, and providers to deliver a programme of learning activities tailored to students' needs.
