About the Role:

Provide effective pastoral care to enable outstanding student welfare and behaviourAct as first point of contact for students seeking assistance, keeping accurate recordsSupport high standards of uniform, behaviour and positive interactionsOversee internal/external exclusion administration and reintegration meetingsLead on Pastoral Support Plans and Behaviour Profiles for an assigned year groupLiaise with Pastoral Leaders to track interventions and celebrate positive behaviourAllocate students to the Reflection Room and support exit resolutionsAssist during exams and school events to ensure smooth operations(Full details of the responsibilities of the role can be found in the Job Description)
