Customer Care Assistant

A luxury fashion brand is looking for a Customer Care Assistant to join them on a temp to perm basis. They are based in Fulham and salary is up to £28k. The rest of the team come into the office full-time, but there would be flexibility for you to workfrom home on occasion.
Who you are:

- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within retail
- Able to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines.
- Bilingualism is desirable but not essential.
- Adaptable and organised
- Problem solver
- Ability to handle challenges in a professional manner

What you'll do:

- Act as the main point of contact for external enquiries
- Liaise with internal departments
- Proactively working to identify issues ahead of time.
- Identify process improvements whilst managing customer expectations.
- Support warehouse team
