Role: Bookkeeper/ Admin

Weekly rota/ hours: 9am - 3pm on Monday, Thursday and Friday.

Weekly tasks include:

- Daily management of remittances on xero accounting software
- Daily management of transactions and categorising them on xero software
- Once a week filing and organising expenses report
- Uploading and maintaining supplier invoices so that monthly payments can be raised.
- Daily management of invoices. This includes raising invoices so they are invoiced imminently.
- Chasing any late payments.
- Input weekly/ monthly into our cashflow meetings.
- Assisting in payroll report duties.
- Assisting in VAT returns and organising the info to submit these.
- A positive outlook

- Eye for detail
- At least 6 months experience in a similar admin/ accounting role.
- Ideally experience in using xero accounting software however this isn't essential.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 18 per week

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
