**Aim of the Centre**

Winchcombe Day Centre is a special place where older adults gather during the day to enjoy the companionship of friends. We offer a safe environment with a variety of enjoyable and stimulating activities that promote their physical and emotional wellbeing.

**Activity & Well-Being Co-ordinator Job Description**

A) Initiating and organising activities for the benefit of the members

B) Working with our members in stimulating activities

C) Engaging with the members, listening and hearing what they say and acting on it

D) Ensure our members dignity, this includes assisting with personal care if necessary

E) Protecting the health, safety and wellbeing of members whilst with us

F) Maintaining positive lines of communication when communicating and supporting families and carers and the staff and volunteer team

G) Accurate record keeping and general office work

H) Undertaking training as required

I) Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe environment

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £11.00 per hour
