**Senior Stock Controller**

**Purpose of the Role**
- To supervise the administration of ATrS and PSC inventory at the MOB and deployed locations, in support of the Fleet Engineering Department and in accordance with EASA Part 145 and industry regulatory requirements._

**Responsibilities**:

- Inspection of consumable and Rotable Material to Include Hours, Cycles, FIT and Shelf Life Control Recording.
- Deploy and recover fly-away packs to and from deployed locations.
- Inspect and dispatch unserviceable aircraft parts for repair, overhaul or servicing.
- Perform duties associated with hazardous material control and handling.
- Maintain Envision records for ATrS and PSC inventory at the MOB and deployed locations.
- Maintain storage area security, to include storage of restricted military equipment.
- Be personally responsible for engaging in all facets of the role in line with the requirements of the ATrS SMS, Quality and Environmental Management Systems to provide a safe and efficient outcome to all that you do.This Includes maintaining awareness of the company safety and quality policies and the hazard analyses applicable to your tasking.
- Capable of working with Primary Sub-Contractors (PSC’s) on material and logistics related issues.
- Capable of agreeing SMART objectives with team members and empower them to deliver these.
- Capable of commanding respect among peers, management and third party officials.
- Capable of taking a safety focussed approach all facets of work.
- Capable of maintaining open dialogue with regulatory bodies.
- Database management skills.
- Knowledge of national and international aviation regulations, both technical and operational.
- Encouragement of the staff and open reporting in a just culture.
- Understanding of stock management.
- Understanding of Export Control processes pertaining to Voyager operations.
- Inspection of consumable and Rotable Material to Include Hours, Cycles, FIT and Shelf Life Control Recording.
- Forklift Truck Local License for Unloading and Loading Vehicles also practical use within Logistics.

**The Individual**
- Proven track record in a Part 145 aircraft spare parts storekeeping role or 5 years’ experience in a high technology storekeeping role.
- Supervisory experience in a technical logistics environment.
- Proficient in computerized storekeeping systems.
- Operational purchasing experience within an airline or MRO environment.
- Proficient in Envision transacting.
- Experience of technical stock auditing.
- Experience in MOD logistics environment.
- Goods Inspection Stamp Holder.
