**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce platforms, including website and marketplace accounts
- Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales and increase conversion rates
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
- Create and update product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely fulfilment of orders
- Analyse website traffic, sales data, and customer behaviour to identify areas for improvement and implement effective marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, design, and customer service to enhance the overall online shopping experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce to recommend innovative strategies

ADDITIONAL KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for maintaining categories and products, ensuring that price changes are implemented in an accurate and timely manner.
- Work with the E-Commerce Manager on all aspects of the store including sales and marketing campaigns (working with head office marketing team)
- Communicate issues that arise on the shop with the Manager and external web development teams
- Attend meetings with key people to discuss ecommerce strategies and future plans
- Deal with suppliers and manufacturers to source product assets, pricing and technical information

**Salary**: £11,650.00-£21,100.00 per year
