Title: Business Development Manager (SAAS / Payroll)
**Salary**: £40-60,000 plus OTE (£30-50K)
Location: London - Hybrid (1 day a week in the office)
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Business Development Manager with a background in payroll software/solution sales to join a rapidly growing fintech firm based in London. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the goal of theBusiness Development Manager will new business and drive financial growth of the business through cross-selling additional products.
Responsibilities include:
- Nurturing and closing targeted clients and companies.
- Communicating effectively to businesses at every level through to C suite and Finance, HR and payroll teams.
- Managing a team of Junior BD Exec's - motivating and supporting the development where required.
- Working with Business Intelligence to identify new markets.
- Building long-term relationships with new customers.
- Arranging business meeting and networking with clients.
To be considered for this Business Development Manager opportunity, applicants should have a background in Payroll SaaS sales, be organised and have experience of effectively managing pipeline, be comfortable in providing solutions to C-Suite level staff andhave excellent communication and negotiation skills.
