**Product Development & Production Coordinator - Own Brand, Woo**

**12 month FTC**

**London/Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days at home)**

**The Role**:
An exciting opportunity has opened to join the Own Brand team at Woo. The Own Brand team are responsible for taking design concepts from idea to realisation, covering a range of product categories; from fashion apparel, to home and lifestyle. Creating amazing,feel good products for our customers, to be sold DTC via the Woo marketplace and B2B through retail partners. This role will be fundamental in supporting the team to deliver key KPIs within the growing Own Brand space. The role can include:

- Raising PO's and assisting in all procurement activities; from apparel orders through to labelling
- Regular trend and competitor analysis
- Support the manager on the building of the departmental critical path
- Working closely with merchandising to maintain upkeep of seasonal product range plans
- Assist the manager in sourcing new suppliers
- Launching appropriate product/fabric testing with testing labs as and when required
- Managing the booking and communication of timelines and capacity management, with all factories and
- partners
- Following all delivery stages in the critical path process; from initial sample approvals right through to production
- deliveries
- Counter-sampling with factories, to achieve best price, make and quality
- Costing reviews of all categories pre wholesale selling market & ensuring all information is accurate

**Minimum Criteria**:

- Experience working as a Product Developer and/or Production Coordinator (or something similar)
- A strong understanding of how to take a product from concept to realisation (ideally with apparel)
- Experience working with international suppliers, factories and designers

**Key Criteria**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Excel proficient
- Strong attention to detail and organisation with the ability to meet deadlines, often while working independently
- An interest in youth culture products across wellness, fashion, beauty & lifestyle
- A keen interest in sustainable product design and development
- Creatively driven with a strong sense of initiative for new product ideas
- Comfortable with ambiguity, working within a fast-paced, continually adapting environment that requires an agile team player
