_**Event Security Officer**_

Here at the Constellation Management Group, we are looking to recruit a VIP Event Supervisor who has great communication, conflict management, interpersonal, decision making and customer service skills, for our client, within the high net worth hotel sector in London Mayfair.

As a VIP Events Supervisor, your role is vital within the high net worth hotel industry, you will be supervising a team of security officers, a team environment is key for this role. You will be liaising with the in-house hotel team, you must be able to adapt to client requests and follow company procedures at all times.

A clean, smart and professional appearance is required at all times. Uniform requirements are as follows: black suit, white shirt, black tie, black lace-up shoes.

- Salary: £17.00 per hour

Main Duties of a VIP Events Supervisor
- Monitor and manage your team of event officers in a professional manner.
- Monitoring and reporting any allegations or issues, that occur and that are out of your control with your superior officer.
- Patrol the event area on a regular basis ensuring it is following the standard the client has requested.
- Manage undesirable behaviors' in a professional manner.
- Delegate tasks where possible to team members.
- Report any maintenance or hazard issues to your superior.
- Adhere to all Health and Safety Regulations.

Qualifications:

- Valid Door Supervisor SIA License
- Great communication and customer service skills.
- Have a professional approach and an eye for detail.
- Previous experience in the security industry is required.
