Media Enablers Apprentice

**Main Responsibilities**:
***

**1. **Support the smooth running of client deliveries through**:

- Assisting in setting up and booking in client planning and measurement projects
- Maintaining and administering project databases
- Working collaboratively with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality project deliveries

**2. **Input into content creation to support the commercial objectives of the team through**:

- Using Circana tools and data to investigate market trends and compile insights
- Identifying and creating case studies to support sales materials

**3. **Build relationships across new and existing clients in order to**:

- Increase awareness of Circana media solutions
- Keep abreast of media industry developments

**In order to deliver on these key areas you will need to**:

- Develop a deep understanding of Circana’s media solutions, and how they benefit our clients
- Support the team in the smooth administration of client accounts, from maintaining booking records through to managing financial processes
- Assist in the design and set up of planning and measurement projects for clients, working collaboratively with other Circana teams where necessary
- Utilise Circana data to compile and share insights with clients around seasonal moments and key categories to help inspire their conversations with advertisers
- Manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
- Effectively express content verbally and in writing
- Build and leverage strong collaborative relationships with client contacts, to support the smooth administration of client accounts and identify commercial opportunities
- Coach, support and line manage future Apprentices 2 - 3 years into the program

**Skills and Experience**:

- A demonstrable interest in the media industry
- Great communication and interpersonal skills - able to identify the correct approach and method to engage with clients and to understand and respond to their priorities and perspectives
- Ability to build, manage and leverage mutually beneficial relationships and networks
- Able to manage client expectations and creatively problem solve when necessary
- Strong numerical ability, with an aptitude and curiosity to use data
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to effectively work with virtual and diverse teams and manage workflow
- An appetite to learn and a positive and enthusiastic attitude

**Requirements**:

GCSE or equivalent English (Grade Grade A*-C / 9-4) Essential
GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade Grade A*-C / 9-4) Essential

**What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?**

**Qualification**:

- Chartered Manager Business Degree B.A Hons

**Training**:

- Training will be held one day a week every Wednesdays at Ealing Campus

**Location**:

- The University of West London (UWL) is based in Ealing, the closest underground/rail stations are Ealing Broadway or South Ealing
- You will work four days a week at Circana, whether that’s in our state-of-the-art office in Bracknell, on site with our clients or at home.
