Syston, United Kingdom Dunelm Full time

Home. There’s no place like it. And there’s no feeling like helping people create the joy of feeling truly at home.

At Dunelm, that’s what we do.

We’re the UK's number one choice for homewares because we make home life lovelier for our customers. And the caring and supportive culture we've created makes this a place you'll feel right at home too.

Our approach to how we work has been to create and encourage an environment of “Feeling at Home Wherever You Work”, ensuring we can work where it is effective for us, and at the same time we are able to collaborate and connect regularly with our teams and networks, so we are offering a balance of time working from home, working in the store centres and other locations.

Here at Dunelm, we are looking for a Digital Content Assistant to join our team in our Store Support Centre in Leicester.

You will be responsible for your own workload and completing tasks to agreed guidelines and processes, working at pace and with attention to detail to hit key deadlines and get it right first time. There is a lot of repetition and detail that you will need to work with day in day out and ensure we get through it effectively and efficiently.

What you’ll be doing:

- Work as a key member of the product launch team to set up new products for the website to required guidelines and process for a variety of different departments and product types
- Input accurate product data & detail to provide customers with the information and advice they need to make an informed purchase
- Write engaging and informative on brand copy whilst adhering to the brand tone of voice and SEO guidelines, making sure our customers have a true understanding of a product without physically seeing it in real life
- Work cross-functionally with buying teams, product designers & technologists and wider digital teams (including trading and SEO) to see and learn about new products as well as understand how to best execute the online launch
- Keep everything we do simple and efficient

What we’re looking for:

- A passion for homewares
- A passion for writing with good spelling & grammar
- Strong team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage, collaborate & work comfortably within the digital team and with key stakeholders
- Huge pride in own work and passionate about upholding standards
- Proactive, curious & keen to continuously improve
- Able to work under pressure
- Understand what good product content looks like
- Excellent organisation and planning skills. Able to manage & prioritise own workload and shift focuses based on changing priorities to ensure we meet all deadlines
- Ecommerce or retail experience is an advantage but not a requirement

**_Dunelm is committed to becoming a fully inclusive business that is representative of our customers and locations._**
**_We are committed to making Dunelm a place where everyone can enjoy a successful career and have systems in place to support all our staff._
