We are looking for Merchandise Assistant to join our Central Merchandise Team.

You will be accountable for ensuring the accuracy of all Product Master Data. You will deliver great service and accuracy by working closely with the commercial and category teams. You have customer orientated thinking and you are able to work to tight deadlines.

**How you will Deliver**
- I will validate and chase that all article master data is collected in line with the critical path and reflected in all relevant
- systems to ensure that we meet a 98% launch.
- I will be able to liaise and support the Buying and Web teams on the collation of content and data.
- I will maintain and cleanse all master data in SAP, Bamboo Rose and Sunflower to support the B&M teams and to ensure
- efficient flow of stock to stores to hit our In Store and Online Availability target of 97.5%.
- I will support the internal and external logistic networks with timely response and actions.
- I will maintain all flags in SAP inline with business requirements.
- I will assist in any store openings, refits, relocations and closures through the maintenance of SAP blocks.
- I will compile and circulate weekly to the Merchandising team any old open purchase orders to help maintain our In Store
- Availability target of 97.5%.
- I will assist in refreshing weekly reports such as the Critical Path or Exception reports.
- I will support wider functions outside of the department on any adhoc queries within the required time frame accurately, to enable them to drive sales.
- effectively within a 24hr turnaround.
- I will be the responsible for setting up and uploading of information to ensure the accuracy and validity of the information in
- SAP such as data setup, weights and dimension, cost and retail prices to assist wider teams with their compliance and implementation.
- I will support any system testing to ensure errors are prevented.
- I will actively seek to share my knowledge and skills across the central team and help train new members of the team.
- I network effectively to build strong relationships within the central team and the wider commercial teams.
- I have a high level of energy and drive which has a positive personal impact and instils confidence from those around me.
- I am proactive and willing to learn
- I have strong and considered opinions and I’m constantly looking at ways to improve
- I have an ability to know when things aren't working as well as they could be and suggest solutions

- support the business.
- I will be an ambassador to help deliver products into stores and on to the website that are relevant for the customer and
- competitive vs the market, putting the customer first in everything I do.
- I will actively look for ways to keep everything we do simple allowing time for us to focus on the customer and selling more or reduce costs
