Enterprise Data Architect (Data Modeling Expert / SME) - maybe we should not focus on Architect to not bring the salary request up but the person needs to be expert in Data modeling and experience working with EDW Snowflake and some SAP background.

**Requirements**:

- Enterprise Data Modeling
- EDW Snowflake with SAP background
- Data Model Optimization
- Performance Tuning
- Incident Management and Root Cause Analysis
- Data Governance and Compliance
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing
- Stakeholder communication
- Experience: 10+ years

In addition, the 6 month focus for this resource will be to work with Stefanini team to:

- Ensure completeness of important documentations related to Stefanini's EDM and Data Marts
- Participate in the knowledge sharing of EDM by Kearney
- Perform impact analysis on all change management on EDM and associated data marts
