The Facilities Helpdesk is part of NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde’s (NHSGGC) Facilities team, working within the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. The post holder will cover a busy adult reception area and/or cover Children’s reception area, both reception areas to be shared by the two weekend members of staff. The post holder must have excellent communication skills and have good interpersonal skills and be able to work under pressure, including the need to frequently re-prioritise tasks. The post is for Saturday and Sunday, 8 a.m. to 5 pm. The post holder will be required to work on public holidays unless approved leave is given.
