**About the Role**

We're looking for a Finance Administration Officer to join us on a homeworking basis, working 3 days a week.

In this role, you will be responsible for all procedures relating to our ECLO (Eye Care Liasion) services, who work closely with the NHS to provide support for those who have been diagnosed with sight loss. This includes internal and external invoice management,payments and orders relevant to their contracts, including purchase orders for goods and services relevant to the team.

You will also be record keeping and reporting for relevant updates and audits, and setting up suppliers on our finance system as well as using and editing master spreadsheets.

You will be working with contract and finance managers, the credit control team and procurement team to ensure all relevant tasks and requests are met in line with our SLAs.

**Who We're Looking For**

You will have experience within a financial team or similar, being confident in preparing financial reports for a range of audiences, invoicing, and accounting and data manipulation systems, including Excel (NAV experience would be beneficial, but we canprovide training for this).

You will take pride in your workload, delivering administration support and documents to a high standard. In turn, you will also have excellent attention to detail and be pro-active, and self-motivated when it comes to managing workload and responsibility.
