The Lulworth Estate are looking for friendly and enthusiastic Front of House staff to join our team at the popular Man O’ War Bar and Restaurant.

Located within our thriving holiday park overlooking the iconic Durdle Door World Heritage Site, our aim is to offer impeccable hospitality and all-day-dining that reflects the soul of the location.

So, whether our customers are looking for a coffee and quick snack, family lunch, or delicious dinner, you will be an integral part of ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

This is a part time, permanent position with a minimum of 10 working hours per week on a rota basis. However, during our busy periods including the summer months, additional shifts will be available.

As a fantastic benefit, all employees of the Lulworth Estate qualify for a free ticket to the legendary Camp Bestival which takes place this year between 25th - 28th July in the grounds of Lulworth Castle

Applicants should be a team player, should have strong communication skills along with a positive, can-do attitude. The role involves the serving of alcohol; therefore, all applicants must be aged 18 or over. Previous experience within a fast paced, high end food or drink offering is desirable.

Duties to include:

- Working within the bar and restaurant, interacting with customers, serving behind the bar and assisting with the delivery of food and drink
- Completing customer bookings on our diary software and facilitating online bookings
- Managing floats and cash handling, operating an EPOS system till
- Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness throughout the pub and restaurant at all times
- Accepting and checking deliveries, monitoring stock control and replenishment
- Ensuring company Health & Safety procedures are followed

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
