Join a Top-Ranked Firm as a Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor

My client, a top 25 ranked firm, are looking to recruit a NQ - 3-year PQE Solicitor to join their expanding healthcare department in Birmingham.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to run clinical negligence claims for a range of defendant clients, including NHSR and private healthcare clients, as well as assisting Partners and other senior members with their high value caseload. You’ll be working on a wide range of matters, from cerebral palsy to birth injuries, incorrect diagnosis, and fatal claims. You will also get involved in inquest and advisory work.

My client will ensure that you will receive the best training from experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitors. You will have the opportunity to pursue an area that you are particularly interested in. For example, if you have a strong interest in Cerebral Palsy claims, you will receive training from other experienced Solicitors to allow you to become an expert in your field.

To be considered for the role you will need to come from a defendant background and be NQ - 3 years PQE.

Salary starts at £46,000 for NQ Solicitors. There is also a hybrid working policy of 2 days in the office (the office is second to none) a week and 3 days WFH.
