Job Purpose:
To process the monthly payroll in a timely and accurate manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure accurate execution of pay within company guidelines and Government regulations
- Process all starters and leavers in a timely fashion.
- Process all monthly timesheets.
- Maintaining all employee information within the payroll system.
- Process all monthly statutory and company payments (e.g. Maternity, Paternity, Sickness, Holiday).
- Involvement in year-end routines.
- Dealing with Employee payroll queries when required and in conjunction with the HR Business Partners.
- Review, record and reconcile all monthly changes affecting payroll to balance.
- Prepare reports on a regular basis including filtering, v lookups, building pivots and trend analysis.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

- 1-2 years Payroll experience is desirable.
- Self-motivated.
- Able to work accurately to tight deadlines.
- Intermediate Word and intermediate/advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.
- ADP payroll experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
- Good communication & organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
