**Key Responsibilities**
- Be responsible for downtime management of all minor repairs (i.e. tyres, glass, services and inspections).
- Be responsible for system administration of all minor repairs.
- Ensure all minor repair and maintenance KPIs are met.
- Producing and implementing a corrective action plan to address failing KPI’s.
- Performance manage all suppliers in your remit with regular reviews.
- Proactively and effectively manage work provision and supplier relationships.
- Work closely with suppliers and solve problems before they arise.
- Proactively manage supplier capacity and capabilities and onboard new suppliers where required.
- Work closely with our branch network to minimise downtime and support them with their minor repair & maintenance requirements.
- Manage timely and accurate invoice validation for all minor repair suppliers.
- Provide regular management reports to the Head of Repair & Reconditioning and the Fleet Director.
- Liaise and work closely with colleagues on all levels in the UK headquarters, operations and in the corporate headquarters in Germany and provide expertise to all departments in the wider business.
- Engage in ad hoc projects that aim to improve the department’s efficiency, output and help reduce overall cost & vehicle down time.
- Manage compliance to all company processes.
- Commercially astute.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Competency in preparing and presenting KPI and MI reports.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Excellent level of numeracy.
- Strong time management discipline.

**About the department**:
SIXT customers travel internationally, so the odd scratch is bound to happen. The teams in our Repaircenter and in the Damage Management department are responsible for determining the origin of the damage, assessing the damage and its costs for repair, taking care of garage scheduling and getting the fleet back on the road. In order to be able to include all decision-making factors for the clarification of the facts, our colleagues form the interface to SIXT branches, customers, authorities and insurance companies.
