**Summary**:

- Purpose _- inspect and repair PENTAX equipment to the necessary quality and safety standards whilst assisting with the day-to-day running of the service department. Proactively serve & support customers in order to never lose an account
- Objectives _- minimizing lead-time of customer orders, drive satisfaction and delight of all stakeholders per account
- Accountable for _- administration and logistics activities, repairs and loan processes, resolving issues whilst maintaining a high level of quality control; SLA Delivery, Logistics, Customer Service
- Key stakeholders _- own EBME, SSD, Decon, procurement contacts - network other stakeholders

**Main Responsibilities/Main Tasks**

1. Repairs, services and inspects all items of Pentax medical equipment to the manufacturers standard (mainly minor repairs but may perform major repairs)

2. Assembly of stack systems for new stock and demonstration stock including testing and quality checks.

3. Is the point of contact for triage and support of customer technical issues and queries by telephone.

4. Liaise with Field Engineers and Team leaders to maximize customer satisfaction

5. Actively seeks and delivers process improvements to improve customer service delivery and support.

6. Supports team leaders and technical service team in process improvement and increasing customer satisfaction.

7. Undertakes any necessary actions to ensure conformity to the ISO Procedures and ensure all appropriate Health and Safety regulations are followed

**Salary**: Up to £35,000.00 per year
