We have a new vacancy in our super **HR Team** for a **HR Co-Ordinator**, based in Bedford with some travel to Milton Keynes. This is a key role within HR and supports the department with a consistent, timely and professional administrationservice. You will be utilising a broad range of knowledge and skills and working flexibly to support a diverse range of HR activities.

**You will be great at**:

- **Employee Relations, We are looking for a person with a wealth of experience in non-complex ER issues & meetings**:

- Providing high quality administrative support by undertaking key aspects of transactional HR services.

**You are**:

- An experienced in HR administrator/co-ordinator
- Experienced in HR generalist administration in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced in handling ER issues and meetings
- Experienced in managing priorities and a varied workload which at times may be unpredictable.
- Experienced in communicating with multiple stakeholders
- Ideally experienced in supporting manufacturing or similar industry experience essential
- Bi/multilingual would be an advantage

**You have**:

- Knowledge of a wide range of HR administration
- Ideally a relevant CIPD qualification - but not essential
- Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- High organisation skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail
- The ability to handle confidential matters and execute sound judgement
