If so, St Giles is looking for a **Senior Employment Caseworker **to lead a small team of caseworkers and Peer Advisors who will provide tailored one-to-one support to young people facing adversity so that they can achieve engagement in sustainable education, training, employment and a positive lifestyle, as well as improvement in their mental health, wellbeing and relationships.

**About this key role**

As our **Senior Employment Caseworker**, you will support the promotion of the project both internally and externally to support the achievement of project targets for engagement and progression onto training, employment and other outcomes. We will rely on you to maintain accurate and timely client records and evidence of all achieved outcomes as well as ensuring that relevant evidence and data is collected and processes, as part of the project evaluation, are understood and followed.

You will be expected to establish excellent relationships and partnership working with key organisations, employers, external agencies and all partners across the project, plus carry out promotional, marketing, information and recruitment activities to engage clients and build relationships with key partners and stakeholders. Providing effective and supportive line management to volunteer Peer Advisors is also a key element of this role.

**What we are looking for**
- Experience of working on a target-driven project, with the ability to organise others to reach their targets
- Experience of working to high standards of evaluation processes
- The ability to engage and holistically support young people who face multiple barriers to employment
- In-depth knowledge of the issues faced by the client group in accessing and sustaining employment
- Impressive interpersonal, relationship-building and communication skills, both verbal and written
- A flexible, proactive and professional approach to your work
